Do you wrap fragile items?

Pickup & Delivery
How does pickup work?
Once pick-up is approved, we’ll arrive at your scheduled pickup time to collect your item(s).
How does delivery work?
After wrapping, your gift can be delivered to the recipient or returned to you during the selected delivery window.
What if no one is available to receive the delivery?
If the recipient is unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply. We recommend providing accurate delivery details and instructions.
Do you offer delivery confirmation?
Yes. Photo confirmation is available, and signature confirmation is offered for an additional fee.

How much does gift wrapping cost?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods. Corporate accounts may request invoicing.

Cancellations & Policies
