By placing an order with Good Gift Wrapping LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Good Gift Wrapping LLC provides professional gift wrapping and optional delivery services within a 15-mile radius of Allen, Texas. Wrapping designs are selected from our curated collection of available color schemes and patterns.
2. Orders & Scheduling
- All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.
- Same-day or rush orders are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
- During peak seasons (holidays, special events), order cut-off times may change.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of orders accepted to ensure quality.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing (corporate accounts only).
- Accepted payment methods include card, approved digital payments, or invoice (corporate clients).
- Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Wrapping materials and labor are non-refundable once service has begun.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.
5. Delivery Policy
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including addresses, gate codes, and recipient availability.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Photo or signature confirmation is available upon request.
6. Customer-Provided Items
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for wrapping.
- Fragile, oversized, or unusually shaped items may require additional fees.
- While every effort is made to handle gifts with care, Good Gift Wrapping LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to customer-provided items.
7. Design & Customization
- Wrapping styles are based on the selected color scheme or pattern and may vary slightly based on item shape and size.
- Minor variations in ribbon placement, embellishments, or paper alignment are normal and part of handcrafted work.
- Custom or themed wrapping is subject to availability and may require approval.
8. Seasonal & Holiday Orders
- Holiday orders (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) are subject to increased demand and limited availability.
- Holiday pricing, minimum orders, or order deadlines may apply.
- Once a holiday order is confirmed, cancellations may be limited or unavailable.
9. Liability & Limitation of Responsibility
- Good Gift Wrapping LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the wrapping service provided.
- We are not responsible for the contents of gifts, gift value, or recipient reactions.
10. Photography & Marketing
- With customer consent, photos of wrapped gifts (excluding personal details) may be used for marketing and portfolio purposes.
- Customers may opt out of photography use at any time by notifying us in writing.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Good Gift Wrapping LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate content, unsafe items, or abusive behavior.
12. Agreement
By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
